October 11th...only in Idaho...

Okay, here's proof. We were pounded with snow the past couple of days and boy, is it a mess out there! We have about 18 inches on the ground, on the rooftops, and knocking down the trees and powerlines! Those of you who I've almost convinced to move to Idaho are having second thoughts, aren't you?! I talked to my sister in Boise, and they didn't get any snow. Gup, how about in winter-all-year-round-Montpelier? Did you get it? Church was cancelled for my in-laws ward, 10 minutes away, why weren't we so lucky?! I mean, my, weren't we blessed! Where's St. George when I need it?!

WOW!!! I am in Logan right now and it is snowing here too, but no where near that much. You should come down for the day and we can get together. I will be here till the 24th. Nicole got married yesterday. I am looking forward to going back to my tropical home where it is warm all the time. Although I must say I love the snow.

Oh wow! What a huge contrast between ID and AZ! Look at all that snow! It was the first day that it didn't feel completely HOT and miserable here. This is when I start to enjoy the desert...if that is possible. It looks like you are having fun in the snow!

I heard about your snow. That is insane!!! That happened to us last year though. We only got about 4 inches and most of it has already melted. Good luck.

Karmen, I love Idaho! If I had to move I would love to live there.

I always wondering what I should write on my blog because my everyday life is a bit boring. But it's who I am and the people who I love don't mind so much if I'm a bit boring. It's ok just to be you. Everyone loves you for who you are. Love you kiddo!

That is hilarious! I mean that is so sad, but you are right only in Idaho. We are 56 degrees and think it is freezing here and we dont have any snow or rain ( although it rained for a little while on Saturday) that is why we would probably die if we lived in Idaho. Sorry I feel for you, Come to Sunny St. George, well almost its starting to get kinda cold. Tomorrow the high is suppose to be 69 and we think we are going to freeze!!!!

We would love to have a snow day with you! We are freezing right now, but a good roll in the snow would do us good! I love how you were 'blessed' to still get church! I still would move by you in a heartbeat, snow and all, you know! Can't wait to see you in a few days.. like on your birthday!!! Woo-Hoo!

Holy Moly!! I see awesome snowmen, snow-women, snow-children, snow-babies, pets, & angel possibilities :)

I own the movie Wild Hearts Can't be Broken--its just on video (Snobbish me, I usually go for the DVD's--I'll have to dig it out...for the kiss!)

Yeah, we got POUNDED! Tony had been working in Grace and was stranded there overnight 'cause the roads were pretty scary. He had the 3 youngest kids with him, too! (heehee!) And heck, no, they NEVER cancel church here! I mean, you can still get to church on a snowmobile, right? So church is always in session!

Will miss you this weekend! I thought the sister's weekend was gonna be the 24th & 25th... poo. We seem to be missing all the fun!

Crazy! I saw the snow on my sister-in-law's blog....but it was only 10 inches on Saturday. That is nuts that you got 8 inches more yesterday. We got an inch and it already melted but I'm still complaining because it's TOO cold outside for October!

CRAZY WEATHER!!! Yes it was quite the shock yesterday to wake up to all the snow! Although I can't feel sorry for myself cause you have A TON more! I am so unprepared for the cold... I guess I better get a coat for Lexi!

When I lived in Idaho (Ricks College) it snowed on October 6th. I could not believe it and have never forgotten about that cold Idaho winter.

Holy snow! I always love the first snowfall because it's kind of a nice change of pace, but then I'm ready for it to be warm again. But 18 inches all at once is a little much, I'd say! I'd still love to live in Burley, though...
